Oil level on sight gauge is adequate
Machine is clean from dust, dirt and debris
Filter on oil cooler is clean from dust and debris
Thin film of grease applied to contact areas between door, latch and slow release
Floor and walls of baling chamber are shiny and smooth with no traces of galling or metal to metal contact
Floor wear lines are intact with no broken welds or impacted material
All hydraulic hoses/fittings are leak-free and have no abrasion points
Electrical control cabinets are clean and free of contaminants
Area behind ram is clean and free of debris
Hopper door latches have proper tension
All grease points on the baler are greased
Shear gap does not exceed 0.125 or 1/8 inch
Ram top scrapper mount bolts have proper torque and fit
