Operator's Pre-Start Visual Check

Inspect wire ropes for fraying or kinks
Ensure all safety guards are in place
Verify that warning labels are legible
Operator's Control Station Check
Test all crane controls for proper operation
Check brake functions for smooth operation
Ensure emergency stop is functioning
Verify that the crane's lights are operational
Operational Performance Check
Perform a test lift with a light load
Check for smooth trolley and bridge motion
Listen for any unusual noises during operation
Confirm that limit switches are working correctly
