If it is not correct do the following: - Select the “Calibration” screen from the touch screen on the red dye stand - Empty (remove anything on) the red dye scale. - Push the “Zero” button on the screen - Confirm a tare weight of 165 is in the data entry point marked “Tare Weight” if it is not select the yellow data entry and enter 165. This tare weight is based on an empty tote weight. - Add something to the scale that weights greater than 500lbs. and does not exceed 5000 lbs. The closer to 5000 the better. - Observe the weight from the scale display and enter that value in the “Cal Weight” data enter point on the touch screen. - Press the “Span” button. - Calibration complete.
