Stenciling: car numbers and load limits are legible and match on all sides. Inspection decals are clearly legible and not due for inspection
Tank: No signs of damage to tank shell, fresh bare metal exposures, dents, or significant asphalt residue
Top of Car
Manway: washers, bolts, and gaskets all present and in good condition, manway lid not damaged, no signs of leaking present
Service Equipment: all fittings are secured, bolts tight to flange plate, no signs of leaks
Bottom of Car
Bottom Outlet Valve: no signs of fresh leaks in BOV cap, BOV prepared for unloading
Steam Coils: no signs of damage or product contamination, car prepped for steaming
Unload Car
Top of Car: manway re-secured and bolts tightened in accordance to plant specification, all auxiliary service equipment has been verified to not be loose or corroded, seal secured to manway
Bottom of Car: BOV cap reinstalled according to plant specifications, BOV valve handle moved to closed position, seal pin installed with new seal from plant. Steam lines removed and car did not present any signs of steam coil damage or leaks during heating
