30-Day Glass Bead Cabinet Inspection
Conduct and complete this inspection every 30 days to ensure cabinet is working properly.
2) INSPECT BELLOWS, BOOTS AND GRIT SHIELDS REPLACE/REPAIR ASNEEDED.
3) INSPECT ALL SUCTION LINES/HOSES FOR WEAR, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
4) INSPECT ALL AIR LINES, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
5) INSPECT GRIT FEED HOSES AND VALVES. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
7) INSPECT GRIT CAN SEALS. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
8) DO AN OVERALL INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, WEAR. REPAIR AS NEEDED.
