*Air on press turned off
Visually inspect oil/grease level of press (add oil/grease as needed).
Visually check the system for faults, if press is fitted with grease system.
Visually check all oil/grease lines external of press.
Open die doors.
Blow out debris with air away from oil distribution block (oil system only), injectors, and fittings.
Visually inspect block and injectors for active leaks (notify maintenance if leaks found).
Visually inspect all oil/grease fittings and lines for damage.
Are the lines properly inserted into the fittings?
Are the lines properly inserted into the fittings?
If no issues, close doors and prepare for operation of press.
