Maintenance and repair

• Open the gun by unscrewing the 04 screws at the rear and the 02 screws at the front

• Check and clean the fan assembly with parts cleaner or degreaser

• Once the fan assembly cleaned check if the spark and the fan rotation are good (to make sure all the electrical parts are still ok)

• Stagger the Sealing rings on the assembly fan at 180 degrees and put cordless Paslode oil all over the groove of the rings

• Open the upper body of the gun and clean with part cleaner or degreaser

• Check on the exhaust cap if it tight and not clogged with dirt

• Check on the piston and bumper status and change if there is a need

• Once all the parts are good and cleaned put the piston inside the sleeve, the chamfer of the blade must be facing the nails or the lower part of gun

• lube the sleeve with some drops of oil and spread it with your fingers,(move the piston back and forth the work the oil, put few drops at the entrance grooves of the sleeve

• Check the sealing ring on both piston and sleeve, stagger them the same way as the fan assembly and oil their groove also

• Close the gun and check the nose and its locking screws, check the filter at the rear (clean or change)

• The gun should be good and not missing any nails, since it would be clean ,well lubricated and all the sealing are where they should be as long as the piston and bumper and exhaust at the top of the sleeve, plus the electrical parts are responding good after the servicing
