The TPM press maintenance process ensures comprehensive monthly maintenance and breakdown of Tasks 4, 5, and 6.
Perform a visual check for oil leaks around the oil pump, seals, oil filter, gear housings, and covers.
Inspect lubrication lines around the press for cracked, crushed, or damaged tubing or fittings. Replace any faulty components discovered during the inspection.
Make sure all the lubrication lines are unrestricted for the flow of oil.
Check the airline filter bowl gauge for any water content.
