Electrical Maintenance

Check Grounding Rods and Replace Any Corroded Rods

Mechanical Maintenance

Lubricate Conveyor Chain Drive Sprockets, Chain, and Shaft Bearings

Check Proper Adjustment of Bearings That Ride on Horizontal Track and Adjust if Needed

Check Proper Adjustment of Bearings that Ride on Vertical Carriage Track and Adjust if Needed

Check Y-Axis Pinion Gear and Rack for Wear and Replace if Necessary

Coolant Maintance

Preform Vernon Tool Pipe Profiler LOTO Procedure, Flush the Cooling System and Replace the Coolant and Coolant Filter/Deionization Cartridge Per the Attached Procedure
