Intralox ARB S7000 Monthly Preventive Maintenance
This procedure involves monthly inspections of the Intralox ARB S7000, checking for damaged or missing components like return rollers, guide rails, and wearstrips. It also ensures the electrical wiring, enclosures, and surrounding areas are in proper condition, with necessary cleaning performed.
Inspect the equipment for missing or damaged return rollers, shoes, and wearstrips.
Inspect the electrical wiring and related cable tray for damage.
Inspect any guide rails to ensure they are properly secured to the frame.
Inspect the electrical enclosure for condensation.
Ensure the equipment and the area around the equipment is clean and free of debris.
