Before performing any maintenance perform proper lock-out / tag-out procedure!
Perform Daily Inspection
High-Pressure Pump Station
Check belts for visible signs of wear
Verify pump oil is dark green, not milky or black & is at correct level
Verify correct operating pressure (800 psi)
Check tank for sediment or debris
Listen for chatter or cavatation from pump
Floor Heat Boiler (If applicable in cold weather)
Confirm that the unit is running and appropriate antifreeze level in sight-glass
Motor & Control Center
Check all air regulators for proper settings
Inspect chemical delivery systems for leaks and proper operation
Chemical Delivery & Rinse Arches
Unclog nozzles and adjust foamers as needed
Check condition of hoses and connections
Chemical Wheel Applicators
Check pattern of spray
Check coverage on wheels
Entrance Photo Eyes
Gently wipe eyes clean
Check for proper alignment (lights on unit)
High-Pressure Wheel Blaster
Check condition of hoses
Rotate nozzle body to prolong wear
Check for loose fasteners or rod ends
Clean filters and debris from nozzles if necessary
Triple Foamer
Check for proper foam application
RS-701 SuperFlex Wrap
Check wash material for wear
Grease 2 bearings on main arm and 1 on secondary arm (each side)
Check for loose fasteners or rod ends
Check for wear on bearings
Grease rod end bearings 4 on each arm
Check oil reservoir (fill if needed)
Check wrap-around for proper operation
Conveyor (Remember to lockout power before servicing)
Check roller up gate for free movement
Check chain tension make necessary adjustments or remove links if necessary
Check condition of air tension cylinders and listen for air leaks
Grease all Zerk fittings at entrance and exit
Lubricate roller up gate cylinder with Tri-Flo
Check tension cylinders for wear, lubricate with Tri-Flo
Inspect and clean clock switch make necessary adjustments
Inspect gear box shaft for oil leaks
Inspect conveyor weldments
Make sure grates are in place and flat. Bent grates can cause personal injury or vehicle damage.
Make sure chain is making proper contact with sprocket
Check sprocket for excess wear
Check bearings on take up drum for slop
Check fasteners on safety mat
Put all rollers on top deck and inspect for loose assemblies
Check trench for water backing up and that drain is clear
Blowers
Visually inspect impellers through intake and outlet.
Visually inspect smart nozzle for proper movement
Check belt on smart nozzle for wear
Inspect all mounting hardware
Prep Gun
Check to make sure protective tip is on and in good condition
Check for leaks
Check spray pattern
Hold gun in on position feel for strong steady delivery with no pulsation
Air Compressor
Drain water from tank
Check site glass to ensure oil is not milky or black
Hydrominders
Check for smooth operation of float
Check tank and inlet screen for debris, clean if necessary.
Overhead Doors
Inspect overall condition
Lubricate rollers, hinges & locks
Check for proper operation of safety eyes and inductive loops
Water Conditioning Equipment
Test water for Hardness and TDS
Check salt level in brine tank and fill with site salt if needed
Reclaim System
Follow maintenance procedures, clean strainer basket, check filter on oxygen concentrator
Check input and output pressures, if different by 15 psi then clean filter following instructions
