Prioritizing and maintaining your Personal Protective Equipment is not merely a precaution but a necessary practice to mitigate potential risks.

    Inspect laser protective window for cleanliness.

    Clean as required with safety glasses wipe.

    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect laser protective window for scratches or damage to coating.

    Pay particular attention to possible burns points on window, this indicates a direct hit from the laser reflection. Replace window if coating is damaged.

    Test auto-darkening feature.

    Press test button on the inside of the helmet. Note change in shade.
