FCE/D40-045 BACD40P Molded Cuff Machine Annual PM

This procedure includes thorough inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration as necessary.

Level adjust working face.

Check Main Piston and replace oil seal if necessary.

Check all nuts and bolts and tighten if required.

Check hydraulic oil and change if necessary.

Check Vacuum unit cylinder and replace oil seal if necessary.

Clean cooler and replace water.

Test light curtain.
