FRAMETEQ F-500 inspection

1) From a safe spot , just watch the machine behavior (mechanically speaking), to assess the movable or rotational assets ( noise can reveal if there is a problem or not )
2) Is the machine aligned , meaning both grippers are moving according to the file and are both 100% parallel?
3) Are both nail guns processing as they should be ( clean nailing , no extra vibration , no air leak , or mechanical damage ?
4) The machine looks clean or not? are any debris or small parts of wood interfering with the axes movements? Y2 table guide rails needs to be clear out to avoid brake effect caused by the wood leading to a bolts snap on the connection plate ( happened before 13mm bolts snaped !!!!!)

1) Perform a LOTO in order to access the machine
2) Inspect the belts status ( look up for any debris caused by the belts) in general this means bad friction caused by a bad positioning of the system or the tensioning of the tooted belts( require an intervention as soon as the machine is available )
3) Check the reflector sensors / light barriers and their status ( there are four reflector sensors and two light barriers sender and receiver for each)
4) Inspect the wiring to determine if there is any damaged wire or out position one that can lead to a serious electrical failure
5) Inspect the E-stop button ( usually they are getting loose after a long period of usage because of the pulling)
6) Inspect all the drives brackets and fixation supports ( all of the bolts should be tight and the brackets aligned)
7) Inspect the grippers and stoppers plates ( their mechanical status and if there are at their adequate position and secured by tight bolts and screws)
8) Inspect the fixation of the nails guns and their status ( trigger wise and nose and if they are leaking air) and their air lines components ( manual air handle and air connection)
9) Inspect the stop system after putting the power back ( actuate manually the pins to see if they start to go slow or not)
