Konig Cross Displacement Unit

Risk of injury when installing and removing the cross displacement unit. Be aware of the heavy weight when installing and removing the cross displacement unit. Make sure that at least two people are involved in the installation and removal of the cross displacement unit.

• Check the compressed air maintenance unit (7)

• Disconnect the pneumatic plug.

• Grasp the unit by the handles (1), lift it over the stop (5) and remove it from the guide rail (4)

• Keep unit in the storage trolley.

• Check the plastic coating of the pressure plates (3) for wear and replace if necessary.

• Check rollers (2) for wear and replace if necessary.

• Grasp the unit by the handles (1), place the rollers (2) on the guide rail (4)

• Push the unit in completely until it stops (5).

• Connect the pneumatic plug.
