Bi-Monthly Evapco Pre-Filter Service
This is the Service Schedule for the Evapco Pre-Filters according to Manufacturer Recommendations. It is important to establish a regular maintenance program and be sure that the program is followed. This bulletin should be used as a guide to establish a good maintenance program for your equipment.
Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Fan motor stopped and locked out using the disconnect switch
Prefilters removed from their individual holding frame
Filter frame gasketing, caulking between the frames and holding clips inspected and replaced if necessary
Prefilter section cleaned and sanitized
New prefilters installed with the pleats in the vertical position if possible
Fan motor started
Prefilters checked after approximately 8 hours of operation to ensure that they have been installed properly
Maintenance schedule for the unit updated
Sign off on the Evapco Pre-Filter Service
