Zebra Printer Monthly PM

The Zebra Printer Monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedure ensures optimal performance, safety, and cleanliness of the printer, applicator, and stand. The process involves thorough inspection, cleaning, adjustments, and documentation.

    Inspection

    Inspect the printer, applicator, and stand for any loose or damaged parts. Document in notes if needed.

    Grab the mast of the stand and check for movement.

    Inspect pneumatic valves for correct pressure.

    Inspect printed label for any spotting or fading.

    Cleaning

    Adjustments

    Check text darkness and speed of label printing. Change in printer settings if needed.
