Daily Fab Floor Checklist
A daily floor checklist is important for maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing floors, upholding cleanliness standards, preventing accidents, and extending the lifespan of floors.
Check all Electrical Panels, Tumbler, Eagle, Anristu, and Wall Panels to make sure they are closed.
PAA Cabinet, and PAA Tumbler: Clean nozzles
PAA Cabinet and PAA Tumbler: Check for plumbing leaks
Chuck Chain: Inspect chains for tightness
Chuck Chain: Check for missing top plates, dogs, bolts
Chuck Chain: Check for missing chuck hangars
All Floor Belts: Check for and water leaks under belt
All Floor Belts: Check for hydraulic leaks/hoses for wear/abrasion
All Floor Belts: Inspect belts for holes
All Floor Belts with PAA: Clean PAA Nozzles
All Floor Belts: Check motor, keyway, gearbox, and sprockets
All Floor Belts: Monthly check: Gearbox oil level
Fab Main Chain: Inspect chains for tightness
Fab Main Chain: Check for missing top plates, dogs, bolts
Bone Cutter: Check tightness of all bolts
Bone Cutter: Inspect hydraulic and air hoses
Bone Cutter: Weekly: Use needle grease on the 4 bolts (center and arms of blades)
Femur Saw: Check blade guides
Femur Saw: Check bearings/wheels for play
Core Gun: Inspect core gun stand
Core Gun: Check for air line leaks
Offal and Box Rooms (Belt Inspection): Visually inspect belts for holes
Offal and Box Rooms (Belt Inspection): Check shafts, bearings, sprockets, gearboxes, and motor
Offal and Box Rooms (Belt Inspection): Check electrical connections
Offal and Box Rooms (Belt Inspection): Check hydraulic hoses
Offal and Box Rooms (Belt Inspection): Monthly check: Gearbox oil level
Head Saw: Inspect blade guides
Head Saw: Check for play in wheels
Chains: Check stability of all sprockets (idler and drive)
Chains: Monthly check: Gearbox oil level
Chains: Every 12 weeks: Grease bearings with 2 pumps of grease
Chains: Every 12 weeks: Grease the motor with 1 pump of grease
Drain and Fill Water Seperators/Oilers
Eagle, Anritsu, Tumbler, Core Gun, Bone Clipper, Femur Saw
