Emergency Equipment Annual Maintenance

PM Checklist

• The morning of the annual PM notify the site of the upcoming lighting outage.

• With the assistance of Quality Fire begin turning off the following breakers and mark the time:

• Panel HV1 Breakers 1 & 5

• Panel PP2 Breakers 24 & 36

• Panel PP3 Breaker 27

• Panel LP2 Breakers 26 & 27

• Panel LP3A Breaker 2

• Panel LP3B Breakers 2 & 15

• Panel LP4 Breakers 12, 14, & 16

• Panel HLP1 Breakers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, & 10

• Panel WHP1 Breaker 8

• Panel HV-2 Breakers 1 & 11

• Inspect all EBUs and EESs relating to each breaker and verify that the lamps are lit (EBUs only) and the red indicator light is off. If the lamps are not lit change the batteries. If the lamps do not light with new batteries replace the EBU. If the indicator light is lit the unit still has power and will need to be turned off. All units must remain lit for 90 minutes. Replace the test record sticker on all units with updated sticker.

• Once testing is complete turn all of the breakers back on and ensure all lighting is restored site wide.

• Scan and upload HWP to the HWP to the PM.
