Annual Floor Heater Maintenance

Mechanical

• Inspect Flanged connections

• Inspect motor mounts

• Inspect valve packing glands and tighten (if necessary)

• Check relief Valves

• Check pump mechanical seals

• Inspect pumps water cooling circuit for corrosion and blocked lines (clean if necessary)

• Clean expansion tanks sight glass

• Inspect and replace any pipe insulation that has been fouled by oil

Electrical Inspection

• Inspect and tighten electrical connections and terminal screws

• Check fuse blocks, contactors and wires

• Check magnetic contactors
