PPS Station Biannual Preventive Maintenance

This preventive maintenance is to be performed bi-annually for assigned PPS station. Follow this procedure for a biannual inspection of your PPS to ensure its proper working condition and is operating at peak performance and maximum efficiency.

PPS Station Biannual Preventive Maintenance

PPS/PPTL Checklist

Check Master PPTL and PPTL for physical damage, replace casing if needed
Check PPS structure, check for alignment, tighten all support screw and cover plate for PPTL.
Check for PPS appearance, cover plate is in place, electrical wiring is organized and no loose connection. Replaced cover if damaged or missing.
Check for PPS scanner, scanner holder is properly secured. Replaced if damaged
Clean PPS control panel, open and clean/vacuum dust accumulation
Clean up around the area of PPS station under the conveyors
