Are motor vehicles regularly inspected and maintained?
Are motor vehicle operators qualified?
Are local and state laws observed?
Are vehicles’ brakes, lights, and warning devices operative?
Are weight limits and load stress controlled?
Are personnel carried in the correct manner?
Is all vehicle glass in good condition?
Are backup signals provided?
Are fire extinguisher(s) installed?
Are seat belts worn?
Are tie-down straps or chains regularly inspected?
Are all vehicles checked at the beginning and end of each shift?
