Inspect drive sprocket
Inspect motor
Inspect tail sprocket
Inspect catenary sag
Inspect conveyor for brittle plastic and replace sections as needed
Replacement conveyor section needed?
How much (if any) conveyor was replaced in feet?
General Sensor Inspection
Check photo cell and receiver/reflector for proper operation and alignment
Wipe lenses clean
Make sure that mountings are secure and that all components are guarded properly
Check that proximity switches activate properly
All steps have been completed
