D-V1 OFS-VS Weekly Maintenance

The purpose of this weekly maintenance is to identify whether work equipment can be operated, adjusted and maintained safely, with any deterioration detected and remedied before it results in a health and safety risk.

    Note: *Use air or vacuum to remove all dust that has built up in machine. * Wipe off any excess lubricant.

    1- Turn on machine and check all buttons and switches for proper operation

    2- Check all E-Stops and safety interlocks are working properly

    • Pass

    4- Inspecting Twisting Head Top & Bottom: Clean all foam-Dust and Lub. Blow each out with air

    • Pass

    5- Inspect Table belt and table Guide belt for damage and alignment

    • Pass

    6- Linear rail and slid: Grease and inspect for damage, Clean: remove all foam and dust

    7- Check all Guard are secure inplace

    8- Inspecting All timing Belt. *Replace If need*

    10- Driver and idler wheel Inspect for damage and play in bearing and Clean

    12- Blade motor drive: Inspecting mounting screw *Tighten if need*

    15- Inspect Lift Table: Clean and Lub. All moving parts

    16- Inspect All Air hose

    17- Check all motor mounting screw are tighted
