East Facility Daily Checks

IR Air Compressors and Dyers

• 1) check set points (tempature between 178 - 200 F)

• 2) check running status

• 4) check for alarms, faults or malfunctions

• 5) check air tank PSI (105 - 120 PSI)

• 6) check Air Dryers for proper working order (temp set 34 - 40 F)

• 7) check all auto drains (Push test Button)

• 8) room temp (34 - 110 F)

• 9) check for air leaks / water leaks / oil leaks

Chiller Tanks

• 1) check water level. Small Tank: near the clip on baffle. Large tank: use sight tube on the front side.

• 2) check pumps for running status

• 3) check all valves are located on the mark for fixed position

• 4) check condition of water treatment equipment

• 4) clean out screen (one time per week)
