Health and Safety

• Trigger the Saw changing mode using the softkeys (SCADA)

• Using the softkeys make the clamps of both unit (MU_381 / MU_382) go down (free the way foe taking out and putting in the saws)

• LOTO the Machine (Saw changing mode first)

• PPE required

• Avoid Pinch points

Saw Changing (Same procedure whether the ight or left Saw)

• Using 5mm long Allen key dissemble the plate 2 in order to access the saw

• Using 31mm Wrench key and a pin+ extension tube to block the saw rotation, loosen the nut( clockwise direction for the right Saw and vise versa for the left Saw)

• Take out the used Saw and replace it whether with sharpened or new one

• Tighten the nut by blocking the rotation again using a pin + extension tube and 31 mm wrench( counter clockwise)

• Put back in place the plate 2 and tighten the 5mm screws

• Run the machine and disactivate the saw changing mode to make the saws low again and ready to go
