Check if all Fire Exits are functional and fault free
Evacuation Routes and Doors are Clear of obstructions
Escape route signage present and unobstructed
Check fire panel and report any faults
Check if the fire extinguisher is in place and unobstructed
All Smoke Sensors are uncovered
General Operation
Check if the heating/cooling system is working
Perimeter sweep to assess building external for damages, defects or anomalies
Check if the plumbing system is operational and no signs of leaks
Check if the lights are working
Check if there is any Housekeeping/Cleaning issues that need to be raised
Are all chains removed from external gates?
Are Bike Sheds padlocks removed?
Security
SALTO: all doors reset
CCTV working and free of faults
Security Alarm system is Fault/Alarm Free
Any suspicious items/bags/boxes found around the building?
If anything, is found please report to a manager immediately!
