Quarterly Pallet Inverter Preventive Maintenance

Follow this procedure for a quarterly inspection and cleaning of your pallet inverter machine. This is important to ensure proper working condition and prolong the life span of the equipment.

    Check all hydraulic hoses and fittings for signs of wear, abrasions, and leaks.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Check all fluid levels and check filter and pump gauge. (When needle is in the "RED" replace filter.)

    Remove Turnover Cylinder cover located on back of machine. Once removed, inspect for wear, damage, and proper lubrication. (There should be a fair amount of grease on the gear and gear track.

    Power machine and operate to test functionality. Inspect all moving parts during test.
