Monthly inspection of the AED's and Eyewash stations.
AED on 2nd floor of Admin area in hallway.
Verify the AED unit is in the case and the battery is flashing green
AED near Shipping and Receiving Office
Verify the AED unit is in the case and the battery is flashing green.
Eyewash station at Battery Charger in east side of warehouse.
Verify the caps have not been tampered with.

AED outside small kitchen in packaging.

Eye/face wash by 3 bay sanitation sink on production floor.
Verify that the 2 bottles of eye/face wash solution by 3 bay sanitation sink are full and not tampered with.
Eye/face wash by Lug capper on production floor.
Verify that the 2 bottles of eye/face wash solution by line 1 lug capper are full and not tampered with.
Eye/face wash by line 1 pack out conveyor in packaging area.
Verify that the 2 bottles of eye/face wash solution by line 1 pack out conveyor are full and not tampered with.
Eye/face wash by R&D lab in packaging area.
