Like other important inspections, auditing the Paint Department ensures all areas are safe, clean and working properly as it should. Important information such as actions taken or actions needed should also be recorded to make sure equipment and areas that are broken or damaged get fixed.

    Discussion with Paint Leadership on current needs. Note any issues in the text field.

    Verify that south side shot wheels are operational and in correct range.

    Verify that north side shot wheels are operational and in correct range.

    Inspect shot-booth for major leaks. Note any issues in the text field.

    Stops working correctly - note an issues in the text field.

    Powder Coat Oven operating correctly. Note any issues in the text field.

    E-Coat Oven operating correctly. Note any issues in the text field.

    North paint booth operating correctly. Note any issues in the text field.

    South paint booth operating correctly. Note any issues in the text field.

    Record temperature of inboard bearing on Shotblast Dust Collector.

    Record temperature of outboard bearing on Shotblast Dust Collector.

    Record differential pressure on Shotblast Dust Collector.

    Check level of drum at shotblast dust collector. Change at 75% full and record date in text field when changed.
