The Monthly Vehicle Inspection ensures the safety, functionality, and maintenance of vehicles by evaluating key components for wear, damage, and operational status. Inspect the following on all DOT vehicles.

    Tires and Wheels (Wear or Damage)?

    Lights Work? Head and tail lights (Wear or Damage)?

    Dash Gages and Warning lights (Working)?

    Operator Restraint (Working)?

    Horn (Working)?

    Engine Oil (level ,dirty, leaks)?

    Radiator Fluid Level (leaks)?

    Fuel Level (leaks)?

    Engine - (Runs rough, Noisy, Leaks)?

    Steering - (Loose, Binding)?

    Brakes - Vehicle, Parking (reservoir fluid level, leaks)?

    Sheetmetal - (Dents, Damage, Missing)?

    Battery - (connections loose, charge)?

    Odometer Reading
