Engine Oil Check List

• Remove Engine Oil Drain Plug

• Drain all Engine Oil

• Remove Engine Oil Filter

• Lubricate seal on New Engine Oil Filter

• Install New Engine Oil Filter (Do Not Overtighten)

• Reinstall Engine Oil Drain Plug

• Fill with proper amount of 15w40 Diesel Engine Oil

Air Cleaner service Checklist

• Remove chip guard from front of tractor

• Loosen retaining ring and remove lower air cleaner bowls

• Empty oil and clean both bowls

• Reassemble bowls and refill with 15w40 oil to indicator mark

• Replace bowls on bottom of air cleaner assembly and tighten retaining ring

• Replace Chip Guard

• Remove Dust Collector from top of Air Cleaner

• Clean dust bowl thoroughly and replace

Fuel Filter Change Check List

• Turn of fuel valve below fuel tank

• Drain fuel by removing drain plug from bottom of filter assembly

• Inspect O-Ring on drain plug. Replace if necessary.

• Remove retaining screw from top center of filter assembly

• Replace Gaskets and Seals (Included with new fuel filter element)

• Install new Fuel Filter Element

• Reinstall retaining screw and tighten

• Reinstall drain plug

Tire Inspection

• Check Pressure in all 4 tires. Adjust as necessary in accordance with sidewall markings

• Inspect all 4 tires for excessive wear. Replace as necessary.

• Inspect all 4 tires for foreign objects, nails, etc. Repair as necessary

Battery Test

• If applicable, check and adjust fluid level in battery

• Check all battery cables for loose connections.

• Assure battery is fully charged

• Load test battery

• Replace battery as necessary

Other

• Check coolant level - Fill as necessary

• Check Lights - Repair or replace as necessary. (New Work Order)

• Check Starting system - Repair as necessary. (New Work Order)

• Start Tractor

• Inspect for Leaks

• Inspect for proper operation

• Turn off engine

• Recheck oil level. Adjust as necessary
