Use the guidelines below for the inspection of your oxidizer control panel.

Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
Test sounder and strobe for operation, pressing the button located on the front of the panel.

Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
B1 Sump - Removing the stir bar Press the MENU key, then press the down ARROW key until the MAINT menu appears. Press ENTER. Remove the plug from the top hole of the colorimeter. 3 Colorimeter assembly. Gently insert a straightened paper clip into the hole at the top of the colorimeter and slowly pull out the stir bar. Insert a wooden or paper cotton-tipped swab* into the opening and move it up and down with a gentle scrubbing action, cleaning the interior surfaces of the colorimeter cell. Clean the stir ba

Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
TAD 1 – Clean or replace cooling fan filter.
TAD 2 – Clean or replace cooling fan filter.
TAD 3 – Clean or replace cooling fan filter.
Ensure Both Room Fans are in Operation
Beilomatic
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
Change filters as when required and clean to put back in stores
Empty oil drip trays as necessary.
Sump alarm tests
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
Basement – Test sump alarm and ensure fully operational
Basement Pit – Test sump alarm and ensure fully operational
Old Mill sump – Test sump alarm and ensure fully operational.
