Warning: This audit requires trained personnel!
Every shift the Production Supervisor is responsible for reminidning the EAOs to complete the CIL list. It's desirable that a EAO back up is clearly identified to cover vacations.
The Production Supervisor must review the CIL compliance of each team member, where they stand as a team and as a line.
The Production Supervisor must clearly communicate at what time the CIL stop will take place. This is an input for the plan of each team member.
Each EAO must prepare the tools he/she will need to execute each CIL item, be it a tool, a cleaning aid or else.
The CIL must be executed as per standard. The EAO must be searching for any possible defect and the restoration of base condition.
If a defect is detected, EAO must follow the Defect Handling DMS. Production Supervisor issue a WO according to procedure.
The outcome of the inspection must be logged in MaintainX. The task must signed off, and any eventual defect logged.
It is an expectation that EAO is present during the day execution of the CIL. Each one of them must be either executing CIL tasks.
The same expectation as above is valid for the Line Leader
