Inspect Tsunami Air Seperator for air leakage

• Blue - Good

• Orange - Order Parts

• Pink - Replace

Inspect Air Filter

• Pass
• Flag
• Fail

Clean and Lube Spindle and Air Cylinder Shafts

• Clean shafts with a clean rag

• apply Mobil Vactra #2 (Way Oil)

Clean and Lube Hold Down Cylinders

• Wipe shafts with a clean rag

• apply Mobil Vactra #2 (Way Oil)

Grease Hold Down Rollers

• apply one pump of Mobil XHP222 grease to grease zerks

Clean and Inspect Guide Rollers

• Remove guide rollers

• Clean with a clean rag

• Inspect horizontal rollers for smooth rolling (lubricate and replace if necessary)

Lubricate Yoke Bearings

• Apply 1 pump of MOBIL XHP222 grease zerk. (3 in total)
