Intralox ARB S7000 Annual Preventive Maintenance
This procedure involves the annual inspection and maintenance of the Intralox ARB S7000 system, focusing on key components such as helix rollers, bearings, and sprockets. The goal is to ensure all parts are in good condition, replacing any damaged or worn-out components and verifying safety features.
Inspect the helix rollers for damage or wear and replace if necessary. See Replace Helix Rollers for replacement information.
Inspect the Rack and Roll for damage or wear and replace if necessary. See Replace Rack and Roll Modules for replacement information.
Inspect the idle and drive shaft bearings for damage or wear and replace if necessary. See Replace Shaft Bearing for replacement information.
Inspect the bottom shielding for damage or irregularities (if applicable).
Inspect the shielding and cables for the electrical enclosure.
Inspect the wearstrips for damage or wear and replace if necessary. See Replace Wearstrips for replacement information.
Inspect the idle and drive shaft sprockets for shaft, tooth, and sprocket bore for damage or wear and replace if necessary. See Replace Sprockets for replacement information.
Inspect the returnway rollers for damage or wear and replace if necessary.
Inspect the electrical grounds for damage.
Inspect the flatbed carryway for damage or wear.
Inspect the maintenance window to ensure it is clear and visible.
Inspect for missing or damaged safety labels.
Check current consumption in use for the electrical enclosure.
