Equipment maintenance involves the continuous process of checking, repairing, and servicing operating equipment to ensure businesses can function without interruption. All tasks to be completed once per shift, preferably at start of shift if no other urgent issues are present.

Pit water level
Process water tank levels
Extruder Lines
Check all lube oil pumps and oil levels After Draining, add if necessary.
Check Deionized water filters 1F and 4F
Check all CCW tanks
Drain Water/Oil from Oil Ring Vacuum Pump, record approximate total Waste in gallons:
Oil Ring Vacuum Pump Oil Level
Oil Ring Vacuum Pump free from unusual sound/vibration
Mist collector control panels have no alarms and are operational (no red lights, 3 green lights.)
Dust collectors
Main dust collector free of blockage.
Main dust collector drive motor free of unusual sound/vibration
Main dust collector control box has no alarms present and is operational
Change dust box main collector
Small Measurements dust collector control panel has no alarms present and is operational

Air compressors; steps to be done in order listed
Clean A/C Unit Y Strainer
Confirm All Y Strainer Valves are Open
Confirm all water bath drains are properly connected to the process water drain pipe.
