This procedure outlines the quarterly preventive maintenance for the Intralox ARB S7000 system, focusing on inspecting key components such as the belt, transfer systems, and safety devices. The goal is to identify and address any damage or irregularities to ensure the system operates efficiently and safely.
nspect the belt top and bottom surfaces for cuts, gouges, and other signs of damage.
Inspect the infeed and outfeed transfer for damage or irregularities. See Transfer Maintenance for maintenance information.
Inspect and clean the carryway if needed. See Cleaning Procedures for cleaning information.
Inspect the emergency stops and other safety devices to ensure they operate properly (if applicable)
Inspect the drive motor for oil leaks, damage, irregularities.
Inspect the actuation systems for damage or irregularities.
