Use the guidelines below for the inspection of your oxidizer control panel.

11 KV , 30 V Battery Checks
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
No.4 Substation - check mains light is on, mains power, battery visual check and press/hold test button for approx. 5 seconds and note down voltage.
B6 Substation - check mains light is on, mains power, battery visual check and press/hold test button for approx. 5 seconds and note down voltage.
B10 Substation – check mains light is on, mains power and check digital read out and note down.
Fire Pump Batteries 1 & 2
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
Pump 1 Battery 1 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 1 Battery 2 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 1 Battery 3 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 1 Battery 4 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 2 Battery 1 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 2 Battery 2 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 2 Battery 3 Voltage and Charge level
Pump 2 Battery 4 Voltage and Charge level
Capacitor Load Check readings
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:

Fire Detection Panel Status
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
B3 Fire panel – check status of panel, main power on and any faults/alarms.
B10 Fire panel – check status of panel, main power on and any faults/alarms.
B8 Fire panel – check status of panel, main power on and any faults/alarms.
Chlorine units
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed
Krofta - Press the MENU key, then press the down ARROW key until the MAINT menu appears. Press ENTER. Remove the plug from the top hole of the colorimeter. 3 Colorimeter assembly. Gently insert a straightened paper clip into the hole at the top of the colorimeter and slowly pull out the stir bar. Insert a wooden or paper cotton-tipped swab* into the opening and move it up and down with a gentle scrubbing action, cleaning the interior surfaces of the colorimeter cell. Clean the stir bar with the cotton swab.
Effluent Outfall - Press the MENU key, then press the down ARROW key until the MAINT menu appears. Press ENTER. Remove the plug from the top hole of the colorimeter. 3 Colorimeter assembly. Gently insert a straightened paper clip into the hole at the top of the colorimeter and slowly pull out the stir bar. Winder VSD’s filters
Carry out the following Inspections on the assets listed:
19 winder – clean drive panel filter or replace if damaged and beyond cleaning.
20 winder – clean drive panel filter or replace if damaged and beyond cleaning.
21 winder – clean drive panel filter or replace if damaged and beyond cleaning.
22 winder – clean drive panel filter or replace if damaged and beyond cleaning.
30 winder – clean drive panel filter or replace if damaged and beyond cleaning.
Site VSD Panel Fillters
