n-line inspection is a technique used to assess the condition of damage within pipelines, mainly related to corrosion and erosion caused by continuous fluid flow over a long time.
Die is clean and has evidence of consistently being blown out.
Inside of press doors are clean and can be viewed through.
Bander 1 - Evidence of being blown out.
Bander 2 - Evidence of being blown out.
Floor is clean around press.
Floor is clean around banded pack.
Floor is clean around feed/decoiler.
Floor is clean around and in robot cell.
Brush wheel lanes are clear and free of debris.
Press drain is clear of metal particles and is flowing correctly.
Reachable press panels have been wiped down with not evidence of oil or coolant
