PM Solenoid - 450 Wire Crimping

Use this procedure for the monthly preventive maintenance of your machine's wire crimping and inspection of its specific components.

    DISCONNECT ENERGY, INSTALL THE TAGOUT LOCK !!!

    A GOOD JOB IS CRUCIAL PART OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT/GROW

    PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THIS MAINTENANCE RUTINE/INSTRUCTION

    1. 450 - Wire crimping

    1.1- Items to check and correct if needed at the station:

    -Trays

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Servo sensors:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    - Servo controller:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Cables and cylinders/part presence sensors:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Shock absorbers and mechanical stops:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Valves:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    1.8 Check cylinders alignment (vertical and horizontal axes). Adjust if needed:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    1.9 Check Air Nozzle System and clean filter.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect the correct functionality of the following Items:

    -Interlock on door :

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -E-Stop Button:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
