Grease 8 zerks with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Grease U-joints with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Check proper tension and condition of belts, pulley, set screws, and quality check for cracks, breaks, or misalignment
Check gear box for leaks and lube level, fill with synthetic gear lube SAE 75W-90W if needed
Check for proper tension and sprocket alignment, sprockets for wear and set screws
Check machine for air leaks in valves, hoses, and cylinders, drain water from air separator, replace if needed
Table top belt check sprockets and condition of belt, replace if needed
Check all idler roller bearings, replace if needed
Lube chains with Armor Plate with Moly-D chain & cable lubricant 548
SECTION 2
Grease 7 zerks with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Grease 3 U-joints with multi-purpose synthetic grease, oil all moving parts with food grade chain lube
Check 2 gear boxes for leaks and lube level, use ladder to access higher gear boxes, fill with synthetic gear lube SAE 75W-90W if needed
Check all poly timing belts with bearings under cover for condition, replace if needed
Lube chains with Armor Plate with Moly-D chain & cable lubricant 548
SECTION 3
Grease 5 zerks with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Grease 1 U-joint with multi-purpose synthetic grease, oil all moving parts with food grade chain lube
Check 2 gear boxes for leaks and lube level, fill with synthetic gear lube SAE 75W-90W if needed
SECTION 4
Grease 3 zerks with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Grease 4 U-joints with multi-purpose synthetic grease, oil all moving parts with food grade chain lube
Check 3 gear boxes for leaks and lube level, fill with synthetic gear lube SAE 75W-90W if needed
Lube chains with Armor Plate with Moly-D chain & cable lubricant 548
OUTFEED CONVEYOR
Grease 2 zerks on out feed conveyor with multi-purpose synthetic grease until first sign of grease around the seal
Check gear box on out feed conveyor for leaks and lube level, fill with synthetic gear lube SAE 75W-90W if needed
Check bearings in the idler rollers on out feed conveyor, replace if needed
Oil guide bars with food grade chain lube, check oil level in air oiler with synthetic hydraulic oil ISO 46, replace air filter if needed
Lube chains with Armor Plate with Moly-D chain & cable lubricant 548
MAIN MACHINE
Check all doors, emergency stops, and interlocks for proper operation
Return all guards, account for all tools and parts, dispose of worn parts, clean debris related to repair/PM
Clean and sanitize all tools used on PM
Notify supervisor/lead that equipment needs sanitizing
