The purpose of a maintenance inspection is to determine what tools, materials, and labor are needed to keep them in good working condition. This will help you identify equipment issues and their performance gaps, allowing for timely maintenance attention and avoidable costly repairs.
Remove Debris
Look for oil leaks around speed reducers
Listen, look for air leaks
Pneumatic air supply
Listen for any unusual noises during operation
Clean the cut wire using the pulse function in the HMI
Check film clamp tension
Check the cut wire tension adjust if needed
Test all safety interlocks and E-stops
Make note of any damage for tracking purposes
if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"
