Siemens Thyristor Test

This test serves as a quality control verification process to ensure that Siemens thyristors are operating with optimal gate functionality and insulation capabilities.

    Test terminal 1 to 2 by connecting a jumper between terminal 1 and terminal 5. With a meter set to OHM's take a reading across terminal 1 and 2.

    Test terminal 1 to 2 by removing the jumper between terminal 1 and terminal 5. With a meter set to OHM's take a reading across terminal 1 and 2.

    Test terminal 1 to 3 by connecting a jumper between terminal 3 and terminal 7. With a meter set to OHM's take a reading across terminal 1 and 3.
