This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

    Front Caster Wheels

    Base Frame

    Batteries (on each side of machine)

    Rear Drive Wheels

    Ground Control Station

    Motor/Pump/Reservoir Unit

    Manual Descent Control Valve

    Platform Control Console

    Platform Assembly and Gate

    Remote Manual Descent (If Equipped)

    Power Tray (If Equipped)
