Follow this procedure for the regular inspection of your ball mill machine and all its components to make sure if its proper working condition and prolong its life span.

    Blow down assembly for inspection

    • Pass

    Obtain confined space

    • Pass

    Inspect belts for wear, tears, cracks, splitting, alignment

    • Pass

    Check gearbox and motor coupling alignment

    • Pass

    Check pinion shaft, bearings, seals for leaks or build up

    Check foundation for soundness

    Look for bearings, seal, sole plate and gear wear

    Inspect feed and discharge trunion liners for wear
