Use this procedure for weekly inspection and maintenance to prevent the build-up of dirt, grime, and other contaminants that can cause wear and tear.

Purifier Part Washer Daily PM

Check the water level which should be 11" in the back of the machine
Clean any spray nozzles that are clogged
Clean out the removable filter/chip basket
If any solution spills onto the painted surfaces, wipe if off with fresh water
Scoop out the sludge trapped in the 10" w x 2"d trough that spans the width of the machine

Grease the turntable spindle with NLG1 Grade 2 grease. Grease the bearing assembly until grease either squeezes out around the assembly or the turntable actually starts to lift
Clean off the OSW-11 oil skimmer, removing any build-up from the wiper blades and drainage canals
Clean out sludge from tank
