Emergency Maintenance on Hundegger

Health and Safety

• Acknowledge the Hundegger team about the work to be performed and your location while doing it

• Put the maintenance in progress sign up the screen

• Push the Emergency button located on the supervision unit

• Open the door handle

• Secure the Handle with your own Padlock and tag

• Close the main manual air valve that is feeding the machine with air and secure it with your own Padlock and tag ,and then bleed the air by rotating the machine's manual valve to 45° and wait 6 seconds. P.S: We can not bleed the air while servicing the horizontal clamps brakes

• Make sure that the machine is enable to proceed with the steps mentioned above even when try to reset the error messages

• PPE are required (Hard hat, Protective glasses, , steel caps shoe, Mechanical work Gloves)

• Check status of the needed tools before usage

• Do not work under weight or between one or two movable mechanical parts

• Do not expose yourself or any part of your body to pinch points

• Inspect the area once finished for remaining tools or liquid or any obstacles

• Go through the reverse steps regarding the health and safety procedure once the intervention is done

• Perform the needed maintenance with caution (variety of unplanned events can occur ),so the details will be displayed on the description section of the specific work order
