Verify that there are no errors listed in column "L" of the "Paint Air Emissions Summary" MS Excel file
if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
First, check the product code in column "D" in the row that is showing an error. Was it entered correctly?
if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"
if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
Sign that the monthly air permit data has been submitted.
