This procedure guides you on how to navigate your tool and sign in.

Is Ipad in sleep mode?

if the answer is "checked "

To turn on use the passcode 123456

Are you in home screen, another app besides safari, at a different page on the safari browser?

if the answer is "checked "

Open safari browser and click on icon at the top left hand corner (called tabs) so click tabs > bookmarks > select ‘Sign In’ page.

Is the url, tabs, or anything on the top section greyed out or blocked?

if the answer is "checked "

Quickly double tap the ipad home button and a prompt should show up requiring you to enter a passcode to turn off ‘guided access’. The passcode is 147258

if the answer is "checked "

Click on icon at the top left hand corner (called tabs) so click tabs > bookmarks > select ‘Sign In’ page. Once back in the sign in page quickly double click on home button again to start guided access
